•The device parts that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel type 316L
•The capacity of the device is about 100 l/h
•The overrun is adjustable from 0% to 200%
•The following parameters are adjustable and recordable: temperature and flow of the mix supply, temperature, pressure and flow rate of the ice flow, pressure in the freezing cylinder, rotational speed of the churning rod, viscosity of the ice cream mix, overrun. The cooling system indicates: % opening control valve and % opening supply
•Two cooled ripening tanks with an effective capacity of 250 l are also available
•A ventilated quick freezer (-25 °C) is also available
